Yoga and well-being during the lock down to keep us fit and positive

I know ... outside there is a beautiful sun and it is quite unusual in this period here in Uk 

But we must resist a few weeks more , before the arrival of the Summer  

So what else we can can do at home apart sleeping , eating and watching tv ?

First of all i do not have a tv 

I pay my licence because i watch BBC i-player and Amazon prime ( click here to order on Amazon co.uk)

But i am not spending my life on Tv

I prefer working for my blog, or painting or drawing manga ( click here to order on Amazon.com )

But in these days of lock down we need also a bit of movement 

So i suggest to follow a course of yoga , kickboxing and workout

So many free videos on youtube 

I try to do one hour of excercise everyday 

After my gym  a good spoon of nutella ( click here to order on Amazon.co.uk ) 

And my life is now happy :)
